As an Associate Technical Project Manager, you will be key in managing customer projects from scoping to delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, and Product, to ensure visibility for all stakeholders on project progress and ultimately deliver as committed to our US customer base.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery, ensuring excellent customer service through email and online meetings.
  • Work with all stakeholders to confirm project scope and timelines based on available resources and existing priorities.
  • Proactively identify and report potential project issues.
  • Work with the delivery team to ensure projects meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Continuous Enhancement:

  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide valuable feedback to Product, Solutions, and Engineering teams.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of our platform features, modules, and best practices, staying abreast of updates and changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. PMI or PRINCE2) is not required but desirable.

Professional Experience

  • Some experience in a project management role in a technical SaaS company is preferred.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout each project delivery.
  • Some experience in leading and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Prior experience in working with remote customers is an advantage.

Technical Proficiency
