Working with some of the world’s largest trucking companies helping them optimise their operations with their advanced data analytics platform. The platform integrates with the leading IT systems in the market to provide standardised data sets that help solve some of the most complex challenges they face as logistics operators.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an associate solutions engineer to join our Galway-based team and fill a pivotal role between engineering, product and customers.
Responsibilities:
You will work with the existing solutions team to
• Help understand and document customer requirements
• Work with customers to understand their challenges and use your knowledge to collaborate on possible solutions
• Work with the engineering team to develop new solutions
• Manage solution delivery including documentation and customer or stakeholder communications
• Participating in technical sales demonstrations where required
• Answer any technical customer questions and update our knowledge base as required
• Suggest and work with product team to develop internal tools to enable better solutions engineering
Qualifications:
• A minimum level 8 degree in an engineering, software, or data-related course
• Experience with data visualisations, business analytics beneficial but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience working in a software team environment is beneficial
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and to take the initiative
