We're Hiring: Associate Solutions Engineer
we’re looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Galway based team and fill a pivotal role between engineering, product and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the solutions team to understand and document customer requirements
- Utilize expertise in company's platform to address customer challenges and devise effective solutions
- Engage with the engineering team to innovate and develop new solutions
- Manage solution delivery, including documentation and communication with customers and stakeholders
- Participate in technical sales demonstrations as needed
- Address technical customer inquiries and contribute to updating the knowledge base
- Propose and collaborate with the product team to create internal tools for enhanced solutions engineering
Qualifications:
- Minimum level 8 degree in engineering, software, or data-related field
- Experience with data visualizations and business analytics is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Prior experience in a software team environment is beneficial
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative
