About the Role

As a Data Scientist you’ll play a pivotal role in leveraging data to optimize processes, inform key decisions, and uncover actionable insights that enhance the development and manufacturing of life-changing medical devices. Collaborating with engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, your work will directly contribute to improving product quality and patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with teams to understand project goals and identify data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to uncover automation and analytics opportunities.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize processes.
  • Create impactful visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in technical and non-technical settings.
  • Continuously refine and improve the performance of data models and algorithms.
  • Stay updated on advancements in data science, machine learning, and industry trends.

 

What We’re Looking For.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years with a Level 8 degree or 2+ years with a Level 9 degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in additional languages like R, or Java.
  • Visualization Expertise: Familiarity with tools like Qlik, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar.
  • Machine Learning Proficiency: Hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • LLM Expertise: Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and frameworks (e.g., GPT, Bard, LangChain).
  • Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Database Management: Strong understanding of database systems and version control tools like Git.
