You'll join a medical manufacturer based in Mayo as they scope out and plan to install Dynamics 365 to replace its existing ERP platform.  This new install will incorporate cutting edge automated processes for manufacturing, inventory management and sales order management so you'll gain experience across the whole business.  As the ERP project lead, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of D365 across the site and you will work with in-house operations, IT stakeholders, development partners and corporate IT with a direct report to the head of IT  (US-based) and dotted line reporting to local management.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Successful implementation of Dynamics 365 on the site with you acting as the point person and providing leadership at local level to deliver the project and highlight any issues that arise
  • Becoming the D365 technical expert and providing functional knowledge.
  • Championing the change management process required for the successful implementation.
  • Lead the charge on planning, data mapping/clean-up, security, testing and training for the new Dynamics 365 system
  • Once successfully implemented you'll deliver systems support and design data reports to ensure the system is being utilised to its fullest extent

 

WHAT WE LOVE TO SEE

  • Demonstratable experience with Dynamics 365 ---We think this role will require at least 4-5 years of technical experience with D365
  • Database design using MS SQL
  • Good knowledge of MRP within a manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management experience with the ability to lead from the front.
  • Experience leading business change initiatives.

 

The role is based in Mayo and given it's a manufacturing site the role cannot be offered as a remote position.
