Your Mission
• Build-out the Software Development Team and coordinate with global teams
• Help clients understand and leverage their data through the production of
innovative solutions; including web and mobile applications, data visualisations, data
analytics platforms, dashboards, and multimedia solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a development team of web developers
• Develop unique web frontend interfaces, backend APIs/services and data visualizations.
• Architect solutions to deliver creative products from MVPs to full stack solutions.
• Be a technical leader who can drive and challenge the technical direction.
What we would love to see from you:
• At least 7+ years in a software development role, with experience leading a team.
• Solid experience of modern development tools, web development and cloud
technologies.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems with little supervision.
• A passion and enthusiasm for developing high performance and high-quality products.
The Technical Stack you know and love:
• Front-end: React, Bootstrapper, Angular, Node.js
• Backend: Java8, Python, AWS Lambda, REST
• Database: MSSql, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Development: Atlassian, Agile, Jenkins, CD, CI, Automated Testing
• Cloud: AWS, Azure
We expect a mix of work of about 70% frontend and 30% backend.
