Due to continued growth, they now require a seasoned Product Manager whole will take responsibility across their 3 product lines and own the complete Product Management Lifecycle and Process.
YOUR ROLE:
- Research the Customer Needs and the Competitive Landscape
- Own and Drive the Product Vision and Strategy
- Position the Product lines, in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Manage the Prioritized Roadmap for the Product Development teams
- Craft the Go-to-Market Strategy in consultation with our Marketing and Sales teams
- Own the Business Plan for the Products including the P&L
- Coach the wider teams on Product Management
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in a Product Management role
- 3+ years experience in a Business-to-Business software environment
- Domain experience in cloud technologies and software development
- Experience with Agile product development and SCRUM methodologies
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
The ideal candidate must be located somewhere in Ireland, to be close to the product development and marketing teams. Some travel to the Galway office will be required.
