THE ROLE
As a Senior ROR engineer, you will be delivering the best solutions to enhance and develop the system while working on future solutions and product offerings. This will involve:
- Working as a senior software engineer with the development team
- Participating in decision making
- Delivering high-quality peer-reviewed code
- Reviewing code from team members
- Reacting creatively to customer needs and requests
- Improving the SDLC and the processes to deliver excellent software solutions
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Have a strong understanding of OO programming
- 4+ Years of web development experience
- Extensive experience working with Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with Agile and/or Lean software development approaches
- Git proficiency
- Experience writing automated tests using Rspec and Capybara
OVER THE TOP
- Experience with MongoDB (or any other NoSQL) database
