Excellent opportunity for an experienced QA Manager to lead a QA team based in Galway city. The successful candidate will join an engineering team responsible for the development of a world class software solution and you will help them scale the testing of this solution.
You will get to work side by side with the software engineers in an Agile environment and will expound the virtues of automation testing
Day to day stuff:
- Lead a team of QA engineers
- Help to train and develop the QA engineering team
- Work with QA and Software teams to develop test plans
- Help refine the development process
What we would need to see on the CV:
- A Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 6 years QA experience
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership role
- Experience of automation testing of web applications and/or Android apps.
Not essential but will impress us if you have:
- Experience of performance/load testing of web services
- Experience of database performance testing (SQL Server)
- Experience of Nightwatch/Cross Browser Testing
- Experience of Appium
- Experience of JIRA/TestRails
