Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of Solution Engineers and facilitate seamless onboarding and demonstrations of products for partners. This role serves as an internal and customer-facing representative of the engineering and sales organizations, responsible for the technical onboarding of both internal new hires and external partners. A firm understanding of the sales lifecycle as well as troubleshooting client needs is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multinational team of Solution Engineers.
  • Review and create processes for onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Interview and hire new team members.
  • Develop current KPIs for the Solution Engineers.
  • Coordinate with the team, focusing on the technical onboarding of partners to platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely onboarding and implementations for partners.
  • Act as a customer advocate with product and engineering teams by providing feedback and driving support for customer use cases.
  • Create technical documentation for use by partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering teams to provide product feedback from onboarding sessions.
  • Advocate for and represent the team’s work in company-wide forums.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in leading teams.
  • Data-driven, analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • High EQ and personable approach to management with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and client troubleshooting.
