As a Solutions Engineer with the Galway-based team, you will fill a pivotal role between engineering, product, and customers.
As customers reach out with their problems you will help understand and document their requirements
Using your knowledge of the platform and our capabilities you will:
o Architect and present potential solutions for validation
o Build your solution within the platform, or
o Work with engineering to develop a new solution
o Manage the project and all stakeholders involved
o Provide customers with cost estimates and timeline
Help set up and attend technical sales demonstrations
Answer any technical customer questions and update our knowledge base as required
Suggest and work with the product team to develop internal tools to enable better solutions for engineering
You should have:
- Degree in engineering, software, or data-related course
- Experience with data modelling, visualisations or project management is beneficial but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a previous software team environment is beneficial but not essential
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and to take the initiative
