Here at CompuStaff, we use a 3 stage process for Executive Hires;

Stage 1:

Finding out your business needs

  • We will meet with you to discuss the Executive role involved and explain our recruitment process.
  • Next, we conduct detailed market research.
  • We will headhunt using Internal & External Databases.
  • We can extend our online advertising (if requested).
  • Contact our partner agencies for potential candidates and use trade publications to source candidates.

Stage 2:

Sourcing and Screening

  • Candidate Sourcing.
  • Response Handling.
  • Initial Assessment – job fit analysis.
  • In- depth telephone interview with candidates.
  • Face to face interview with candidates, where possible.
  • Develop and present to you a candidate list for review.

 

Stage 3:

Shortlisting and Interviews

  • Meet with client to shortlist candidates.
  • Present definite & final candidate shortlist to client/interview board.
  • Coordinate interviews.
  • Reference Checking.
  • Offer/ negotiation.
  • Candidate / Client follow up.
