As an experienced IT Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft M365, Intune Management, PowerShell, and site network systems, you'll support and enhance our Microsoft cloud environment, manage endpoint security, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-performance, secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft M365, Intune, and endpoint security systems.
  • Configure, deploy, and monitor Microsoft cloud services to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee site network systems including switches, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • Support tenant management of M365, AAD/EntraID, and Defender for Endpoint/Cloud Apps.
  • Automate processes and configurations using PowerShell scripting.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, support teams, vendors, and applications staff.
  • Deliver on IT roadmaps with a focus on Zero Trust architecture and Microsoft security services.
  • Provide tier 2 support and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Contribute to ITSM/ITIL procedures and documentation.
  • Support manufacturing environments with a focus on firewall and application protection.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 10 years in IT, with 8+ years as a Microsoft-focused Engineer.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft M365, Intune, PowerShell, AAD/EntraID, and Defender security.
  • Strong experience in Windows, Active Directory, Endpoint Protection, and network policy management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud security, Zero Trust, and compliance best practices.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365, CompTIA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and ITIL process knowledge.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Supporting multiple sites and users in an enterprise environment.
  • Managing Apple and Microsoft mobile devices via Intune.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and Endpoint Protection.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated and fast-paced environment.
