We’re looking for an experienced Software QA Engineer / SDET to join a growing engineering team in our client AI R&D Hub.This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation SaaS and AI-driven products, with a strong focus on automation, modern testing practices and the use of AI tools to improve software quality.
The Role
You’ll work closely with developers and product teams across the full software development lifecycle, helping to build robust, scalable and reliable products.
You will:
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, Python and/or TypeScript
- Develop functional, integration, regression and end-to-end automated tests
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to accelerate test creation and improve coverage
- Develop testing strategies for AI-based and agentic products
- Test APIs and integrations, including contract testing / PACT
- Carry out manual and exploratory testing where required
- Identify potential issues early and work closely with developers to resolve them
- Contribute to QA strategy, best practices and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in software QA and test automation
- Experience building or working with automated testing frameworks
- Good programming/scripting skills in C#, Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience across both automated and manual testing
- Experience with API and contract testing, ideally PACT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with development teams
- An interest in using AI to improve software testing and development
Nice to Have
- Experience testing AI/ML products or AI agents
- Cloud experience – AWS, Azure or GCP
- Performance or security testing experience
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience mentoring or supporting other QA engineers
