Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI-Native Development

Location: Galway | Hybrid

A senior engineering opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to help shape the future of software development through AI, automation and agentic engineering.

You will combine hands-on product development with building AI-enabled workflows, tools and standards that help engineering teams deliver software faster, more safely and to a higher standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, REST APIs and SQL.

  • Build AI-assisted workflows and engineering agents across coding, testing, documentation and code review.

  • Integrate AI capabilities with development tools, source control, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Take ownership of complex features from design through to production.

  • Improve application architecture, performance, reliability and maintainability.

  • Establish standards and quality controls for AI-generated code and automated workflows.

  • Drive improvements in engineering productivity, software quality and delivery processes.

  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews and mentoring to other engineers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.

  • Strong C#/.NET development experience.

  • Experience with REST APIs, SQL and relational databases.

  • Solid knowledge of automated testing, Git and CI/CD.

  • Practical experience using AI coding tools in production software development.

  • Experience developing or improving repeatable AI-assisted engineering workflows.

  • Strong technical ownership, problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience working with cloud-hosted applications, ideally AWS.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional full-stack role. You will help move AI-assisted development beyond individual coding tools and into practical, scalable engineering workflows, while continuing to design and deliver production-quality software.
